Upper Sway Bar Bushing help asap...

Just started my spring swap. How the hell do you get the top sway bushing out???

The bottom has a nut on the back so you can stop it from spinning. Honda's have a hex in the bolt. The top bushing has nothing.

Just watched ECS video and he just uses a ratchet...nothing to hold it. Mine just turns and turns....
