FT: Remus Axle Back + Active Autowerke midpipe for your stock exhaust (SoCal/LA)
[SOLD] I have unique exhaust setup that combines Remus axle back (98mm street race black chrome tips) with Active Autowerke midpipe. I made no modification on either Remus or AA to make them fit together. Combined with AA's single pipe design, Remus axle back makes very nice deep and throaty sound. It sounds absolutely beasty with valve open. No more cold start chainsaw sound is another big plus! There is no drone cruising on freeway with valve operation left at factory mode. I used Remus axleback for about 10,000 miles and AA midpipe for about 5,000 miles. Here is video of my exhaust setup. It shows cold start with few revving in comfort (valve closed) and sport mode (valve open). The reason why I am trading the exhaust is because I am planning to trade my car in few month. I am looking to get $2100 + your stock exhaust for my complete exhaust setup. For exhaust swap, we can schedule to meet at the indy shop that opens on the weekend (eg. European Auto Source). You and I will be both responsible to pay our own indy shop fee to replace exhaust system. BTW, my installer had one minor issue where AA midpipe was running very close to under-body center brace (A in the picture below). To give some extra space in that area, he ended up installing center brace A below strut B & C. Please PM me with any question. I live in Claremont, CA 91711. Damn. I'd be willing to ship you my stock exhaust if you're cool with letting your car sit for a few days.
