2011 E92 M3 LeMans Blue, is it worth it?

Going with my old man who's looking to upgrade from his 07 e92 335i.

We're going to look at this e92 m3. wondering what we should look out for (I know DCT is known to have problems what are some other things to look for?), and if it's worth the asking price. The seller lists the "convenience package" I think they mean comfort access so it tells me they don't really know too much about the car or I'm just being cynical

Umm my build sheet from BMW says Convinience Package on it. Don't assume... Seller is a dealer and they know what they have.

Obviously look for clean car fax. And you can go online and use BMW VIN decoder (forget the link) to find out how it can from the factory( options installed, build date 2011 vs 2011.5 etc)
Even at 46k mi I think it's a lil high on price

It's actually a private party, but yeah I've just never heard of it before. Again like I said me being cynical.
