Brake output wire for brake controller

Hey guys, I bought the draw tite hitch and a wiring harness from etrailer along with the prodigy RF brake controller. The wiring harness has a 4 flat connector which I just realized will not work with a brake controller.

My question is does anyone know where the brake output wire is located in the F15 X5? Is it located in the footwell where your brake pedal is located or is there one in the trunk which would be very convenient so I do not have to run a wire to the front of the car. I know I need a 4 way to 7 way adapter plug and I know where to connect the black power and white ground but I do not know where to connect the blue brake output wire. Thanks in advance.

Saw this but does the f15 have the same 4 pin adapter in the trunk area? I've been looking for it and I can not seem to find it although I've read it's buried pretty far down on the right hand side.

There isn't an adapter. There are 2 fuse points to tie into and a 2 pin adapter on the poet section of cable, wrapped in black tape. Also a power and ground connection. Etrailer may have an adapter for the 2 pin connection. Also you typically need another module added did you get that?

I bought the heavy duty modulite wiring harness from etrailer that has a module with it but it only has 4 wires and you need 7 to get a brake controller working. I can get a 12V power source and ground but I don't know where to get the brake output wire to control the brake controller from...that 4 pin adapter that's in the pdf you linked me to shows it being in the trunk in the E70 X5 so I'm wondering if it's also in the F15 X5 as I can get all the connections I need from that 4 pin adapter.
