Thumbs down BMW full of manufacturing defects!

BMW bigger junk cars from those I have not met until now!
BMW 750Li manufacturing defect engine of 80,000 kilometers (replaced with a new one at their expense after long wrangling)
BMW X6 40d manufacturing defect engine of 120,000 kilometers blow both turbine engine with multiple damage throughout the engine to the current moment to change the engine (found in the workshop) of 110,000 km broken rear suspension (changed)
BMW X5 M50d of 1000 kilometers manufacturing defect of the DSC module (replaced with new)
I also Peugeot, Ford, Toyota, Opel, Mercedes, Citroen, Porsche and Volkswagen and such breaking of engines and manufacturing defects have not met yet!
For me as a BMW car is crap and I are the last bought cars from them!
My observations of the brand are:
1. New cars that cost a lot of money to many manufacturing defects!
2. The materials used in cars are not at the level of what is offered and the price!
3. What do I care that I give a 5 year warranty, because I will drive the car or the garage will stay permanently!
So if you decide to give a lot of money for luxury car if you ask me not to buy BMW, point to the other brands no matter what will be but never BMW bullshit!

What's truly disappointing is the huge disparity of consumer satisfaction. For BMW owners I've known so far, it's either great reliability with all the BMWs they've owned so far with minimal problems and simply doing regular maintenance

OR

just headaches like 2 months into ownership, thus vowing to never buy a BMW again.

I've gone through 9 BMWs. Had one lemon, so my personal record is 11% failure rate. Still wouldn't buy another German brand (well Porsche would be another good German option), just don't keep them past the warranty period.

If you do like to keep cars past 100k miles and don't like to folk out money for maintenance, get a Lexus. Audis and Merc are not any better as far as reliability goes. Don't even get started with Jags/Rovers/Maserati/Jags, those are worst in reliability (based on consumer report).

No need to wish me luck!
I've already tried other brands and I am 100% convinced that they are better than BMW!

BMW is not what was one time!
Now at the present time BMW is crap!

Porsche Panamera Turbo have 2 years (without any problem until now)
Porsche Cayenne GTS 3 years (without any problem until now)
Mercedes CLS 8 years (no problem so far)
Mercedes G class 12 years (no problem so far)
Toyota Land Cruiser 15 years (no problem so far)
BMW 7 Series 7 years (many problems that until the change of engine)
BMW X6 3 years (too many problems now in service replacement engine)
I have a BMW X5 10 months (also with many defects and problems)

You put Ford in front of BMW? really?

You need to start hanging out on the Ford Explorer forums. I did prior to buying my X5 and all the issues that people were having there made me run away from buying a ford idea. MB and BMW are ranked about the same in reliability. VW worse, Porsche better. Can't beat Toyota. Nobody can when it comes to reliability.

5 BMW's in the past 9 years, literally no issues worth mentioning, still have the 2008 335i and only had 2 minor problems.

Worst car I every had was a 2006 Lexus GX460 - it spent more time on a lift than driving it.

It certainly sounds like you have a couple lemons on your hands, but doesn't seem to be the norm.

The 2015 VDS shows that after three years of ownership, four in 5 German makes score better than industry average when it comes to long-term quality. Owners of Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW vehicles all report fewer problems than average. This is not merely a one-year fluke. Since the year 2000, Porsche has scored better than industry average in the VDS 14 times, even going so far as to rank highest among all nameplates in the 2010 study. BMW has scored better than industry average 12 times in the VDS since 2000, and Mercedes-Benz has outperformed the industry average nine times since 2000.

The myth suggests that these German brands produce unreliable vehicles, but actual long-term dependability results do not lie. Lately, German makes have been producing reliable vehicles, and the belief that they are unreliable should remain as nothing more than a myth.

You probably just happened to have gotten a couple of lemons - straws of bad luck, and not the norm. It's understandable you don't have faith in BMW anymore, so go ahead and move on to other brands that instill confidence in you - there's nothing wrong with that.

It's very easy, if the statements are true the salesnumbers would back it up. Maybe the aftersales service in your country isn't what you hoped for, and bringing that up might bring some improvement, but could it your words come across less productive on that part?

I've had some issues with my BMW, everything solved under warranty.
