North Carolina 2008 M3 Price & Buying Advice

Thoughts on price, suggestions on things to request from owner? Here is his posting:

2008 BMW M3
415 HP 4.0 V8
6 speed manual transmission
4 door Sedan
Silver exterior
Black leather interior
Navigation
M dynamic mode
Tires have less than 5k miles on them ($1700)

This is a truly awesome car. I hate to sell it, but growing kids means a bigger car. Zero issues. I am the second owner, bought used from Hendricks BMW.

Nothing to hide, car speaks for itself. Very rare find on a silver 6 speed sedan.
