Usually the rear subframe of the car is the best place to strap it, near the rear suspension mounting points where they can't move or slip. You need to keep the straps away from touching the exhaust system, driveshaft and rear axles. The front straps can go through front through the front wheel spokes if you don't want to jack up the front of the car and attach them to the suspension crossmember. I've also seen pictures where people use the rear tow hook - I'm not sure I'd want to do that myself. The Dyno operator should be familiar with how to strap it down properly - if not you probably want to consider another shop.
