Seal help

I had my e90 in for service in April to get the window-guides replaced (next to the glass). Now I'm having a problem with the passenger side rear door seal. It's the seal that is on the leading edge of the vertical part. Basically right where the front and rear doors meet.

All was fine, and yesterday when opening the rear door the piece just fell off. I have no idea how this could have happened. I looked at it and the metal inside is sheared off pretty clean.

3 questions:
1) Is this common?
2) How do I fix this - do I have to replace the entire trim all the way around?
3) Anyone have the part #?

I doubt it is common
Looks like it is one piece

Thanks. Is this an easy installation? It looks like it just pops in -- 2 minute job no tools required.

I wouldn't know. Never needed to do. You'll know once you pull the old one out.
