What is this e90 m3 worth?

Been looking at an e90 m3, its has no options whatsoever.

Cloth manual, non-heated seats

No power folding mirrors, no nav, no EDC, no anything

It is 2011, alpine white with 20k miles, and it has a CPO for two years.

Carfax is clean, and 1 owner car.

Just trying to gauge what the car is worth so I can make an offer.

I'm thinking $45,000-$47000 because it is a true stripper with no options, therefore probably the lightest version possible.

I would say less than that because unless you're plan to make it a track car, no one is going to want it.

20k. It's gunna cost so much to retrofit options into that car to make it driveable.

You'd better buy it before I do. Ha!

Definitely not worth $45k. I'd say closer to $40k as a stripper.

No way.

What happened to the real m3 drivers who searched for cars with little to no options. Everyone wants to bitch about BMW being watered down as a brand and it's because of the drivers here lol.

So if I was looking for a track car, is there some advantage of an E90 over an E92??

Any real enthusiast would tell you that E90 B pillars add real structural rigidity, hence a likely better chassis for the track. That's why real enthusiasts pay up big time for stripped down E90s amirite?

Right, that's why I said unless you plan to make it a track car. There are not very many 'real enthusiasts' out there, so it will more than likely be a tough sell for the person trying to sell it.

Good argument. But these cars are pretty stiff even without the pillar. Most track guys install a real cage anyways so it shouldn't matter

You're right about one thing. There's not many real enthusiasts here. Just posers now.

I think this car is worth approximately $31-32.5k. It only has an engine and one clutch. Oh and keep in mind, Alpine White is the least "manly" of the exterior colors.

With the F8x M3/4 on the scene, this car won't be worth much of anything in a couple years. Good luck, OP!

I would say due to the warranty its a $35k car. The amount of people that want this car with 0 options are almost non-existent. On here everyone pretends they're a race car driver wanting a "pure" driving experience on the road.

I have a lightly used above ground pool I would probably part with for this car.

OP should've never created this thread. Are you kidding? You're delusional regarding Your pricepoint.

For what it's worth I sold my cloth m3 seats for much more than what comparable leather ones go for. The true m3 guys are still around. Apparently not here.

Hmm I bought my stripped optionless 08 alpine white e90 because it was the cheapest and cleanest M3 I could find at the time.
