Damn it- bitten by the mod bug!

Why is it so damn hard to stop spending money on these cars once you stop fighting the mod bug?!?
I've used up my allotted mod budget for the year, and I still keep wanting to throw more money at it!
I already have next year's mods planned, but I keep finding myself saying "it's just a down pipe- it won't be THAT expensive" or "I do really like my stock 261 summers, but a nice set of Apex, VMR, or BBS would really set the car apart..."
$2500 in 2 months since I picked up my new 135 and I want to spend more. Now.
How did I ever live keeping my lease bone stock for 3 years?

No, I gave up my lease at lease end to buy one with fewer miles (and a PE).
