remote control key fob doesn't unlock / start wirelessly

I have 2 (original) remotes for my car, 1 works perfectly but the other one doesn't.

It doesn't open and/or start the car wirelessly, I have to press the buttons to lock and unlock doors/trunk and put the key in the ignition to start the car.

I've changed the battery with a new battery, but the issue is still there.

Can somebody please help me troubleshoot this?
