January 2015 lease details

Does anyone have the January 2015 residual and money factor for a 10k mile per year 36 or 39 month lease on a 2015 x5 50i. I did a quick search and could not find any info. Thanks in advance.

Spy shots... Hopefully you can read them, they were taken in haste . If not I can get you the original pic files since they are too big too attach.

Unfortunately, I believe residuals dropped 2% from the Dec rates.

My December 2014 lease was 58% 36mo/10K at .00130.

I know that does you no good, unless you own a DeLorean w/ flux capacitor, but figured I'd provide it anyway.

I see the 2014 reference now. Looks likes they also expired jan 2.

Anyone have current 2015 model year rates? Thanks again!

I believe residuals for 36mo/10k mi leases dropped to 57% in January. They were 59% in December and my CA told me even then it was pretty low (expensive). BMW is capitalizing on the frenzied sales of these cars right now. My dealer can't keep them in stock...

So true. I only liked the M-Sport line and the only one they had in the state was a dealer demo, and I was outta time so I got it.

Any chance you've got the 2015 page with the X5/X6 on it?

My 2015 X5 numbers posted above should be correct. Residuals are easily determined by reading the fine print on the bmw advertised specials and dividing the purchase option by the MSRP. Since their specials are for 10K, subtract 1% for 12K or subtract 3% for 15K (this applies to 36mo leases only). As for MF, I verified that by reading the latest posts on the edmunds lease forums.

You can determine X6 residuals by checking the advertised specials and the dig around to get the MF.
