Navigation question...

So please do this step if you are not sure and let me know how your navigation works:
If you want to enter a "New Address" what do you see on your selection options:
1- Blank page in which you have to insert all items starting from Province/State?
2- or you will see your previous search already as default for which you need to change or modify for the new address?

The second option has always been the case with my other 2 BMWs (F25 and F30) and even with my F15 when I bought it. However, after taking it to the dealership when they preformed a reprogramming, it has changed to mode 1. Meaning every time I want to enter a new address, I have to start from scratch to input the data which is very odd!
Dealership says all other cars all like this!!!
Which in fact are calling me a "Liar" when I say, the car wan't like this when I brought it in?!!!

Mine was like the first way you describe once, choose a country, then every other time since then it has been like the second way you describe.

I have even had a recent update including for the satnav which made a few small changes to how it works but hasn't affected this that I am aware of.
