2011 no office or bluetooth audio streaming?

I have 2011 M3 with Navi/USB/Bluetooth phone but no Office feature or ability to do bluetooth audio streaming. I thought 2011 forward included bluetooth audio streaming? I tried checking for software updates at:

http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/con...re_update.html but it returned nothing?

This sucks, I guess I'll need the combox upgrade?
