Seems like a good deal. I thought leases were around 1k a month with 5k down so 0 down and 920 a month sounds pretty good.

Sounds about right. BTW...... there will be other fees for drive off, not just first month. But still good deal it seems. I'd pay the $20 or whatever extra for 12k miles.

Thanks guys. I leased 3 bmws. From this dealer. I had the limerock edition e92. Had a 535ximsport for 640 month. And my friend assumed my lease for 2014 f10 m5 which was 1075.00. They gave me a speech on the phone from the dealer, that 920.00 was very good but wanted to hear from other M owners. Thanks for input.

Garage List
And that M4 looks nicely optioned! Carbon fiber roof too? I'm guessing it was ordered by someone and the deal fell through. Dealers usually don't order 6mt for their own inventory. Good find.

Yes. Carbon fiber roof. Not sure if the deal fell through for someone. I'm assuming it did. I will find out tomorrow due to my salesman being off.

Why's everyone so obsessed with what kind of deal they're getting? If you think it's a good deal, go for it. The fact that you're asking us should be a red flag to you.

Maybe bragging?

Someone posted his insane lease deal. I think it was $76k after options, 0 down, 12k miles @ $860/month.

If a lease expert calculates that wouldn't the purchase price be around $60k?

Nope. Not a good deal. A f-in awesome deal.

You won't see a deal like this for a while so if you're a serious buyer, this is it. I hope to find these numbers in about five months when my lease is up.

Just a little heads up for each 1k down, it takes away 25-30 a month. So if leasing put the minimum!!!! I say great deal if that's what you want GRAB IT!!!!!!!!

Dclowd9901 it's a simple question that's all. Just a comparison to what other people on here are paying. What red flag ????

Leasing is not magic guys. Take the MSRP & what you paid, the MF, residual, taxes and fees and plug it into a Calc.......

There shouldn't be any surprises or magic involved

We see this "simple question" here about 1 out of every 3 posts. It's a bit tiresome.

Here's the deal: you're not asking if this is a good deal. You're asking what this is in relation to what other people are paying.

A good deal is buying one used after it takes on initial depreciation. A lease or a new purchase isn't a good deal.

Moreover, it doesn't really matter what the terms are. If you understand them, and they are agreeable, that's all that matters. But if you're asking if it's a good deal (compared to others), it's like you're skipping the part about understanding what you're paying for and going straight to "do I look like a schmuck if I take this." If you don't understand what you're paying for, how can it be a good deal?

Partially. I'll write a check for the balance when my car is delivered, but I went through BMW with a substantial down payment just in case I decide to pay on terms - its always better to have options vs writing a 91k check. I am sure the dealership would take your check before the car is delivered, but my dealer just wanted a small chunk down due to my order color being odd (YMB/Extended SO) and said I could write a subsequent check upon pickup (but we aren't that far yet). I'll probably make a few payments as its good for my credit score! Who knows!

Leasing has never occurred to me as an option - I'll try it on for size next time around. It seems like your lease price point is quite reasonable.

It can be done. I got all of what the OP got except MG exterior and DCT and I am paying 960 with no down. Just paid the 1st month (which was about 1500). Got 12k miles per year for 36 month.

Exactly...when you add MSD, the last time I checked, that's money OUT of your pocket. Am I missing something?
