Gas cap coming off by itself

Lately every single time I go to pump gas I notice that the gas cap is unscrewed and pulls off without having to un-tighten it. I close it until it clicks yet it always comes loose.

Anyone else have this issue or know whats causing it? Thanks.

They are apparently able to bypass the alarm, open the cover, unscrew the gas cap just to piss me off, then leave no trace behind so the gremlins are quite advanced and on my hit list.

Have the hooker in the trunk hold it in place.
