your calorie consumption has to do with mass building, leaning out (tone) not sure what you mean by development. reps dont mean much in those terms, but consistency and progressively adding more weight. though high reps tend to ad more endurance and lower reps tend to increase max strength (which can help growth provided there is a calorie surplus) |

Whatever ab routine you are doing start doing it with heavy weights. You should start seeing results in about 3 months. The human body's physique starts to get noticed around 3 months."
