Testosterone Booster...?
So I got this stacking kit for christmas, but I haven't gotten around to trying it out. It's a Cellucor "Muscle Growth System" package; includes the M5 Creatine shit, some Isopro protein packs, and these P6 testosterone-boosting pills.
The P6 pills are what I'm unsure of. I'm 21, so my testosterone is near or at its peak. Should I even bother taking these? It's full of shit I haven't heard of, and the package includes descriptions that include "stimulates healthy libido". The last thing I want is to have a raging hard on all day long. Anyways, I'm def taking the creatine mono and the protein, as I'm used to using some form of creatine to help my performance. Just don't know about these pills. Anyone have any experience with these, especially at my age? I've searched for some online reviews. Most are from guys in their late 20s to 50s. Doesn't really make me want to try em, even if it's just a month's supply.

lol I'm just looking to pack on some lean muscle as quickly as possible to help me burn weight while I'm sitting on my ass at work and school all week. If it takes some supplements to reach that, then it is what it is.

Lol it's not like he's taking Sustanon or something. Basically if something claims to boost test and is otc, then it's not going to do much - it's ingredients help with placebo more than anything.

Lol I know what you mean because I'm the same way. You don't have to worry because nothing that you can (easily) buy online or in a store will give you gyno, even if you take more of the product than is directed. I don't have any experience with what you've got so I can't help there.

if you dont feel comfortable taking it, dont take it. Personally, I would avoid any supplements that claim to mess with hormones. If you are putting in a hard heavy weight work out in, ur body will produce the necessary hormones to grow.

Wanna get bigger? Heavy squats & deadlifts will do the trick. Also eat eat eat and get good sleep.

Sleep is definitely the weakest link of my training schedule. Too much bimmerposting at 3-4am lol.
I mean, it is just a single month's supply. Couldn't be that risky. I should be able to make a decision within two weeks of use.

Btw, just got done working out with the M5 supplement. I'm not cycling back to Jack3d/NOxplode/Superpump anytime soon. I got that euphoric rush that I haven't had since the first time I took a pre-workout pump.

At 21, the testosterone boosters will probabaly not do anything for you. They shouldnt hurt but you wont see gains any differently if you dont take them.
When you are posting at 3-4 AM, make another protein shake. This will help get more calories in at night. |

Or eat some cottage cheese/unsalted peanuts (but not too many because they're high in fat).

LMAO at this whole thread!
go here and read up: www.anabolicminds.com (it is a very informative forum) There is no "quick" anything in bodybuilding! I have been at this for 9 or so years and still havent mastered it! Listen I can tell you first hand you are in no shape ready for any sort of cycle if you are asking the questions you are asking. The cycle you have is nothing more than some vitamins and is more than likely a waste of money. It is not wise to put anything in your body without knowing exactly what it does and what you need to take to support it and what you need to take (if anything) after it. You seem to be new at this so take this advice: Eat a lot Sleep a lot Lift properly!

I've been working out seriously for the past 2-3 years. I only started taking supplements in the past year and a half. Of course I'm new to this shit, that's why I'm asking about it. "eat sleep lift properly" - no shit.

Test boosters are really only good for one thing - boosting levels back to natural state after running a steroidal cycle.

Why? I gave you good advice, and you looked beyond it and much like every other person just getting into lifting does, you disregarded the most important information given. good luck

Yeah no doubt, but you still need to eat, sleep, and lift properly, oh yeah and might I add you will put on about 5-7lbs of water with D as well (depending on the vendor and the builders commitment to hitting the gym!)
Listen you can sculpt your body however you want, it is a matter of what your willing to put it through to get there. I am not opposed to designer, or real steroids for that matter, as long as you do your research to go along with it. The product you choose to gain mass isnt the important part of the cycle, it is the support, and pct you take along with it to complete the cycle that really matters! All I am saying is do your research before you just shove stuff in your system.
