That's the point... Dabble it with a bit of salt and take a bite.

I have a video of me eating it... Almost threw up. Its really soft/chewy and then you get to the crunchy parts, which are the beak/bones...

I see it as Geoduck and Gooey Duck. They have ton of recipes. The clam chowder recipe looks great!.
