I think people get confused between the how it looks verse how is works. There are lots of things that look really great but fail to work well. We see it in cars, lots of great ideas and styling of a car, but fail to live up to expectations.

The biggest complain I have with any new technology or just evolution of technologies is the fact I have to relearn how to use it. Cells phone were the worse in this regard until the Iphone came out, Even new version of the a phone and its software was completely different and I had to spend time figuring out how to do simple things, in my mind that is a failure from the start.

the iOS software always got better but it was always very consistent to the point that i could just explain to someone how to do something without looking at it. You can not do that on Android you first have to know what phone they have and which version of Andriod since many common things changed form version to version.

Imaging teaching someone to drive and every car is different and with in the same model from yr to yr was different. I am all about improving and making things between but when it not consistent within the same environment that could be a problem.

Some people are just too quick want to bitch about stuff. Now it's easier to do that but still bitches about it.

I agree that the calendar is not as nice. But the camera functionality is way better in my opinion.

I found my contacts while on speaker phone. That's a my bad. Camera is a wash to me but prefer the old one. So my only real complaint is the calander.

I'm with you there. I haven't heard of anyone who likes the new calendar better than iOs6.

One thing that i did learn, (which was on the iOs6 calendar as well) was to get rid of all dates and just show your events; click the magnifying glass at the top right. Switches to a linear view of all your events.

The new iOS 7 was created to mimic Samsungs popular multitask ing operating system... It was designed to lure those unhappy of android features and Apps but those who love the OP system.

A lot of issues like iMessage hang up can be resolved with a simple on/off.

I assume issues may lurk with slower processors like ip4 and 4s....

Agreed. Some folks have a hard time adapting and memorization. I am one that likes it. Much improved over the older ios..The older ios was a piece of shit and looked like shit. Sorry.
