using accessport to read codes on non bmw cars?

Hey guys quick question. Can I use my cobb accessport to read check engine codes off a Lexus isf? Or since my cobb is for a n54 bmw that's the only my codes it can read.

I've read about this once on the forums but couldn't find t. Sorry for the double post.
Thanks,
Luke.
