What PSI spring should i be running in my BOV?

I have a full bolt on 335i, and was wondering what spring i should be running in my Tial 50mm blow off valve? Any input would be great, i bought it used from a fellow member and wanted to make sure it has the correct one.

ok thanks, is there any way to tell what im running currently if i take mine off to check?

Colored spring? Markings on spring?
