Any updates on the VRSF 5" Stepped IC?

I tried contacting VRSF with no answer. Hoping someone on here would know. I know VRSF talked about a 5" stepped intercooler a few weeks/months ago and I haven't heard anything or seen any temp logs since. So, what's the story? I've been waiting to see some info on this thing. Thanks

i haven't heard much, but they have some nice 7 inch non stepped available now. My buddy got one,very nice quality

They're not going to be ready for another 3-4 weeks.

No trimming for bumper install and more surface area for ambient air to cool down the inlet air charge resulting in increasing density. The colder the air the less the turbos need to work to produce the same amount of power so lowering IAT is always a plus. I am not sure if the new rendition of their 5in has more surface area though... ?

Depending on were u live about 90% of the time the 5in IC from VRSF will do fine but according to them the 7in still outperforms. I am in NE and will be opting for the 5in when it's available considering our weather.
