problems with V710 Bluetooth and 330i

Picked up new 330 yesterday....the salesperson could not get the V710 to operate with the car...the phone was purchased from Verizon this past weekend and I was told that all the lastest flash upgrades were already designed into the phone from Motorola.
Any ideas???

Let me know if you get this to work. I have an MPX-220 with bluetooth and was not even able to see the car. It supports hands free profile, so I have no idea why it wasn't even able to see the car. I presume we weren't pairing it correctly or putting the car into pairing mode.

I have a V710 and it works fine with my new 330i. The salesman paired it up at the dealer, however, it did take a few attempts and, he had to consult with one of the service guys. The service guy had to restart the car a couple of times before it recognized the phone but, it hasn't been a problem since. I had purchased the phone a couple of weeks previous.
