Navigation Question
Is the 2series nav system capable of navigating to coordinates entered by latitude and longitude? If so, can some put up a photo of the menu?
Thank you! |

I don't think our nav systems have that direct feature.
But, there is a way...one of the icons on the nav screen when pressed (don't remember its name, but it's a circle with a cross in it) puts the cursor on the screen, and then shows the Lat/Lon of where the cursor is. You can move it around with the controller, and when they match up with your desired point, you can see where it is. You can make that a destination. NOt as clean as just entering the position directly, but you'd get the same result. You may need to do some converting, as I think the car displays it as decimal degrees (W103.45678 N45.12345), and not as degrees/minutes/seconds. |

As long as google doesn't (finally) discontinue that feature / the old Google Maps, you're right. |

Bmw remote app. Has google maps connection. You search for something in maps then it emails the data to the car. You can then find it in your messages when you get in the car. Works really well though apparently has some delay.
I usually do it from the house or office before heading over to the car. |
