Pics of my new 335xi Msport GT
Finally picked up my new Mineral Gray/Coral Red/Hex Alum 335xi Msport GT on the 18th, hardwired my Valentine 1 detector, got the windows tinted (40% all around) this week so she's good to go.
Coming from a 2012 X5M I'm really digging the GT. Accelerates and andles GREAT in Sport or Sport+ modes and space in the rear & trunk are amazingly large. Love some of the new tech too... I got driver assist & active cruise control w/ traffic warning and that's all so cool. W/ cruise control the car will just adjust speed/braking (all the way to a full stop and then goes once traffic moves ahead) to maintain a set speed & distance from cars/objects ahead. The other component is always monitoring ahead of you, even when cruise control is off, and will pump the brakes and/or warn you and if you don't act slow/stop the car if the car ahead makes a sudden stop/slow and you don't slow down. Took me a while to trust the car to test this but it did (just about the point I was about to push on the brake myself). Harmon Kardon stereo ROCKS! And the color combo.... SWEET. So glad I didn't chicken out on the coral red interior. I was worried it might be too loud but w/ the mineral gray (which is awesome as it sort of changes colors in various lights as you can see in pics), tinted windows and hex alum interior it's awesome. Anyhow here are a few pics from today. Drove her to the marina to work on getting our boat ready for launch next weekend... |

Wonderful!! Congrats on your 3GT! I love my Mineral Grey with Coral Red interior as well. The only difference between mine and your (physical attributes) is that I have a 328iX and chose to have the Dark Walnut Burl trim instead of the Hex Aluminum. (And I think you have more options than I do!)
It's such a wonderful piece of machinery!! I pat myself on the back every day that I see and/or drive it, and puts a huge smile on my face! |
