Calling in experts to diagnose noise

Ignore the buzzing, it is the phone, please concentrate on the knocking noise. It is there at idle, not affected by turning on AC or pressing in the clutch. Revving the engine does not increase or decrease the noise. Also, after car is turned off, noise continues for 3 seconds, see the end of the video.

Car is tuned (not sure which) and FBO. Car has aftermarket ACT clutch (not sure which line) and noise continues when car is off and not variable with clutch engagement. Check engine is not on. Brake light is on indicating need for new pads, but brakes are fine during driving. Any ideas what this is?

check your blower motor and radiator fan... these are thing that moves not relating to engine speed, try to isolate a location of where its coming from

This is what I was going to suggest. It seems interior related but that could just be because the video is in the inside. Since it is not related to the rpm of the engine, narrow it down to things that don't depend on it and see what you come up with.

If you can only hear it on the inside it could even be something with the audio system on the car. Just throwing out ideas.
