These unmarked police cars are getting quicker cars!!

Today, driving to work in Worcester I saw a brand new 14 reg Nissan GTR police car. It had the lights on the top but no police markings on it. Surely thats over the top for a police car? I bet the officer driving it loved it!!!

Do they really need such a high powered vehicle? I thought the police force was broke?

You can bet your bottom dollar that the police will not be paying list for these .

There's a few marked/unmarked F31 police cars in West Yorks. I followed a 330D in MG the other week....didn't get too close as I noticed the discrete disco lights in the back windows

Don't the police down south have a McClaren MP4-12C?

That was a publicity stunt only!

Yep, it's quite fun to wear a white shirt in my car...

Last year in my previous grey BMW I was wearing a white shirt and was blitzed past in a short 50 limit by a Kev'd up Corsa. Probably doing about 80mph... Up the steep drag off the following roundabout, now a 70 limit, I accelerated and followed but maintained a safe distance. The kid never exceeded 70! Even down the hill on the other side.

Dark BMW & white shirt = comedy.

It was in either Powick or Callow End. I keep forgetting when one starts and the other finishes on the way to Malvern! (Where I work).

It will be a publicity car probably loaned at no cost by Nissan. They (the police) will take it to a few events and then return it.

LOL...seen an Astra CDTI unmarked traffic car on the M8 with the party lights on, certainly had all the gubbings on the dash/windscreen for the camera etc. Seen it a few times pulling people on the motorway.

In previous job we wore Wedgwood blue shirts n black ties, when they were 2 of us in car, everyone moved over lol.

In current job, I wear a black shirt with rather noticeable white writing above left hand shirt pocket.

Had a lot of people slow right down.

Best was some young chav blasting along A449 as I joined it at a round about and floored it as I came off to join the 449.

He dropped from 80 to 50! On a dual carriageway, I stuck behind him all way in to wolves. He never got above 30 on most of it.

Tbh if I was police I would of pulled him over.
