Gladen One 201 BMW Extreme

Where Can I buy the Gladen One 201 BMW Extreme ?

I would prefer to purchase from a trusted source in the UK that someone has previously used as I see alot of dealers in Europe ??

Try Monster Audio Design - not used them myself but have read a lot of reviews on here that rate their work.

Quick update - before pulling the trigger on the DSP 120.4 and Gladen speakers I thought I'd have a chat with Monster Audio - Ed was really helpful, put my mind to rest about a couple of things and offered to help (over the phone) with any set up questions. He also offered a base optimised eq/para file from which you can then tweek to suit personal taste, a good starting point. So far so good, lets hope the order goes smoothly too.

there were a few mosconi amps going on the talk audio forums a while back... worth scanning there now and again...

Otherwise... Ed Elison at Monster Audio Design is the man to speak to.

That dsp file is not great unfortunately. I have tweaked the file and made three different profiles for the used.
Here is the link to them

Which I can highly recommend!

I went from base stereo to Gladen and the difference is astounding.
I would also recommend the bluetooth dongle to make setup that bit easier.

Was the BT dongle expensive..? Mind you, that said I don't even have a windows lappy so this is probably the least of my worries LOL!!

I think it was £35. Sounds a lot but its far easier to setup, especially if the amp is buried.
Not much point though if you dont have a windows laptop!

Thx Ju - I'll use my work lappy (shhhhh, don't tell them)

Order went in with Monster. After a bit of a self inflicted wobble due to me choosing the wrong PayPal payment method (I'm an idiot!) and the resulting fun and games getting Monster Audio to do refunds and rebilling (fair play, they could have said no) the order was received and processed.
The only thing I would say is if you are planning to do an install, buy the kit well in advance. Edd at Monster Audio was very patient with me and all my questions but I have had to be patient with him as he only imports a small number of these kits per week so you may, like me, have to wait a few days longer than you expect. This was also derailled slightly by customs delays, again, adding to the wait.
The final issue was a missing cable kit but that was quickly recitfied and the missing item sent out next day UPS.

All in all, not the smoothest transaction but the kit was well packaged, the price was as good as I could find and ultimately I got what I wanted.

Pretty sure the above was a one off and others will find it trouble free.

I bought mine from Ed at Monster, Ed was pretty good with helping with questions. I also contacted Cartronics in Ireland, they seemed good too, was just shipping costs that tipped it.

OP; depending where you are, if you want to hear what the Gladen sounds like, you're welcome to come hear mine. From discussions with Ed and a few others, the Extreme kit doesn't seem to warrant the price difference.
