E70 alloys fit e90 320d??

Hi wondering if anyone has fitted 19 or 20 inch e70 X5
alloys to an e90? If so are they straight fit? And what profile of tyres?

Many thanks

You'd have to be more specific about what particular style of wheels from an X5 you're considering to give a informed answer.

The 19's from the X5 are around ET48, so you'd need spacers to get them to sit nicely in the arches, 15mm all round would do.

The 20's from the X5 are where you'll need to tread carefully, as the offsets are low on the rear wheels, get it wrong and the tyres will rub on the E9x

I don't really understand wheel offset. If E9x needs ET30/ET34/ET37 offset and ET20 10-15mm need spacers, doesn't that mean that ET48s are already too far out by ~15mm and adding spacers will just worsen the situation?
