cabin air circulation

Hi, I dont seem to be having any air come into the cabin. It is making all the right noises and can hear the blower working etc but isnt comjng into the cabin. Eg fire it on the front screen clear button on full and can hear it but nothing is comjng out on the screen! Any thoughts? Thanks

Is the pollen filter blocked? I would pull that out and see if it all works ok with it removed.

if you have i drive screen you can decide output level per blower...

I can't do that on my CIC idrive, maybe thats a CCC thing?

Yes it's a ccc option. When I changed to a cic I lost that and now it's all auto programmed.

Any fault codes? Is the blower motor squealing or on its last bearings?
I wonder if it is to do with the vent positions... there must be something that activates and deactivates the different vents...
Do you get any air coming through specific vents e.g. when directing it to the footwell?

The blower sqeeks at half speed but it sounds like it is dishing out the appropriate amount of air but not in the cabin at all. No fault codes on the dash.

auc sensor maybe ? That will shut down the intake, it will show with diagnostics.

One of the mixer motors could be jammed /faulty depending on which one the air could just be getting blown around inside the box.Diagnostic session should identify this.
