OT: Apple help
I know some of you are owners....
I hope someone can offer me a little advice. i am installing toast and eyetv. The disk loads up it copies into my applications folder on Mac HD and I get the re assuring bong that it has finished. I then go to the icon in applications and double click.... it thinks ..... appears in dock bouncing away..... then !!!!! The application x or x quit unexpectedly . Mac os x and other applications are not affected. Click relaunch to launch app again. I click relaunch and loop through this. I have 2.4 20" 2ghz memory and running leapord - Can anyone shed some light? is it permissions? Do I need to do something else? Thanks

Hmmm - I suspect its the fact that toast and eyetv are not Leopard compatible... yet!
This is quite an interesting thread on Toast however: http://forums.support.roxio.com/inde...0&#entry164587 I tend to just use the Mac Disk Utility for burning CD's/DVD's

I have eyetv 2.51 and toast 8 running well on an imac 24, a macbook pro and a mac mini all using Leopard. I had no problems with the installs. Did you try repairing permissions first before installing?
