Does BMW M4 have equivalent of VAG-COM?

Quick question, does BMW have some kind of PC interface to the more technical settings on the car? I'm trying to see if they have the equivalent of the VAGCOM interface for Audi's..

What I am trying to accomplish is to disable the always lit orange indicators when the lights are on. Basically, on my Audi, it involves changing the lighting region option from US to Canada, and that disables the lit orange lights.

Is there a way to do this on the current 4 series?

Yes of course. BMW's interface is much more user friendly as well.

I'm not familiar with F30-chassis programming, but here a link to a cable and software package (several programs including PROGMAN, INPA, etc.) for e39, e90, ,etc.

http://www.bmwcables.co.uk/

You MAY need to go to a programmer/tuner for f30 chassis stuff at this point; i'm not sure about the availability of that cable/software.
