What would be more interesting would be to know what time on that route verses some other vehicles. The thing certainly isn't designed as a track car, but to see how it compared to maybe a Nissan Leaf and some others would give a more useful, interesting viewpoint.

Very pointless. lol,
why don' t they due a real world range video, to clear up all the skeptics.

Because any real world range video made by BMW would be useless. Wait for the EPA range rating, that's the only metric we have to fairly compare EV to EV. Take the EPA range figure and figure 20% more for efficient driving and 20% less for aggressive driving.
