$4000?? thats robbery, thats why people don't go to BJ to buy stuff, my friend bought a set of Hamman PG3's from them with Dunlops and they charged him $12,000

Would be much cheaper to go to a car-upholstery shop and get it done for under US$1,000.

You can get all the upholstered pieces in black, but you'd still need to either dye the plastic pieces that you have or you have to buy all the black trim pieces from the stealer anyways. Unless you want a black / grey two tone headliner, that's a different story.
