Too many colours IMO - for me it was EBII OR coral red, I went for Sapphire with Coral and it's stunning.

Dare I say there are just too many EBIIs on the road now! (Coming from a driver of a black car - lol).

I found some decent pics on Google but as we know the red doesn't reproduce well in low quality photography so looks too bright.

If you need pics I'll dig some out my iPhoto library...

Apparently it's called the "superman" look. There are quite a few EB's appearing around my way also, not sure if it's a bad thing, used to be quite an exclusive colour back in the E36/46 days, I initially wanted it but changed to AW as the dealer showroom was full of EB M sports, may go for it next time round though, but I probably wouldn't have the red seats.

Is that a speed camera detector on your windscreen?

Attachment 938731I've also attached a few pictures. I really liked the colour combination and glad I specced it but I realise its a very subjective thing.

For me it really lightens the interior and it was just a bit different if that makes sense

I went for eb2 with Dakota beige, only because in my head eb2 with coral didn't look right. When I saw the superman look in real life I fell in love with it. Was gutted my car wad already in build otherwise would have got rid of the Dakota.

Beige is great. Don't regret it for a second. Looks great when the interior lights set to classic come on when you unlock the car

I currently have the EB with black dakota & have noticed a fair number of them on the roads now. Although i like the coral red, i didn't like it with the EB.
If i get another Beemer in a couple of years time, it will probably be the 335i in Mineral Grey with red coral, fully speec'd

I like the combination, but just a thought, are the EBII colour schemes becoming a little common?

Apologies, popular being a more politically correct term amongst this gracious forum.

I've taken the risk too. The PvP guaranteed values help my choice but I also think it will look stunning. When I picked up my old 335 everyone thought I was mad buying with red leather but when they saw it they loved it. It's will be colourful but who cares you will generally only as one colour at a time anyway (helped by tinted windows anyway)
I cannot wait
