I doubt they'll give you much trouble over the charge pipe... But they might not look kindly on the intercooler. I don't know for sure, though.

I dont know for sure but i think the intercooler would be more overlooked than the charge pipe. You can just say its for added cooling to prevent heat soak. The charge pipe is hard to explain for any other reason than modding i would think. I have an intercooler and im hoping it isnt an issue if i have to bring my car in for a recall
