Coding of the keys

So I just picked up my 335 on Thurs...trying to learn the nuances...just noticed that each key codes differently to the car. Is there anyway to mirror them as I will be driving it most of the time? I have an e46 M3 as well and tend to just grab the closest key...would like to be able to do the same with this car.

Also, I am having issues with the comfort access..it doesn't open half the time. I have read that it could be a software update...any thoughts? Maybe the battery in the key needs to be replaced if that's possible....

I changed the batteries in each...no dice. The car has a 2007 build date. I suspect there is some sort of software update.
