6000K Philips vs Osram vs Prolumen vs ...
Hi guys,
I am thinking of buying a new set of D1S xenon bulbs. Can you guys suggest a good brand? I am looking at Philips Ultinon 6000K, Osram Xenarc 6000K, and Prolumen 6000K. For guys who have installed them, how good were your experiences? Do you guys know the output of these bulbs in Lumen? I am looking for the brightest 6000K xenon bulbs. I have been searching in the forum but I have not been able to find any information on them. Anyone selling these for a cheap price? Thanks, Sander |

I got McCulloch 6000k D1S bulbs. The the color is pretty sweet. I used McCulloch on my motorcycle too and they worked great for like 3 years before I sold my R6.

They have good feedback but I usually don't deal with anyone outside the US. Just a precaution I use on ebay to save from getting jipped!

Bumping an old thread for a legit question. Can some other people chime in with their experience?
I've tried the 'no-brand' (ebay style) bulbs and they're good for the $40-60 price, but I want something more reliable with a better color. The cheap ones all had a greenish/peppermint tint to them. |
