I bought a keyhole cover for my e92 but dont have a clue how to install

i heard it's no a simple install... think you got take apart the keyhole portion of the lock inorder to remove the oem cover, then install the keyhole back on and put the new cover on top of it.

this is a 1 minute mod..literally..

open door, remove black plastic cap. Find correct allen wrench to unscrew bolt under that plastic cap. Pull locking mechanism out, put new one in place and tighten bolt again. The bolt does not come out, just turn until it is completely loose then pull entire locking mechanism out of the door.
