DIY For H3 Bulbs?

i searched in the DIY page and could only find fogs and h8 bulb replacement. any diy for the h3 bulbs? from the looks of it it seems you must remove the entire black piece ontop compared to just sticking your hand after poping the cap to change the h8.

same way you change the H8.. pop the top and the H3 is hold in by metal clips...

how on earth do you reach the h3 bulbs from just the top? don't you have to remove that entire black piece?
