Whatever happened to the E90 Euro Headlights Craze?
Earlier this yearI remember these Euros were everywhere on the forum, people were selling them here and there, and there are people lining up to buy them from ADHD. Whatever happened to that?

My personal opinion... I don't see what the craze is with this forum and with lights of all different types. Different angel eyes, getting them to run as DRLs, license plate lights, door handle lights, interior melting lights, and whatever other lights there might be. They're just lights...

I'm actually looking into euro's right now. I know the set that ADHD has looks great. I didh't really know there was a craze going on, must have been before my time.
The reason I want them is the obvious....I hate the amber. I hate it with a passion I know you can get a new pair at bavarian auto for $1999 (adaptive). I actually asked a parts guy at my dealer today (went in for a bulb for my e46) and asked how much my oem adaptives would costs if I bought them from him....he pulled the part number up and it said $1249!!!!! And that's just for 1! So I'm thinking of buying some euro's in the next 3-4 weeks, then selling my oem's. Is that how most people have done it? Or do people hang on to their oem's?

People pay 2k for some freakin' headlights without an orange reflector, and bitch when their car rides like crap on stock shocks after they lower it. :P

lol nice sig "all my lights are stock" yeah I just can't get myself to pay almost 2k for the same headlights but without the amber I'd feel depressed that I wasted money on something like that, although they are nice but not $2000 nice....just my .02

I see why people would want no amber, but can't imagine paying $2k for that. I recently read of a member who had warranty issues with it as well and the dealer basically told him/her to take a hike (and you can't blame them I guess?). Now that sucks...
