These are the last rates from Lease Compare on 9/15 (15k). Haven't seen the October ones but many are saying they're lower (.00235) but I haven't seen any "official" confirmation.

2008 BMW 335i Coupe
24 Month – Residual 68% of MSRP – .00275 Base Rate
36 Month – Residual 58% of MSRP – .00275 Base Rate
48 Month – Residual 44% of MSRP – .00310 Base Rate
60 Month – Residual 35% of MSRP – .00310 Base Rate

You don't say what lease you're looking at and rates vary. Also, remember that the dealer can add up to .0004 and, if you're thinking of ED then there's another .0003 markup for that. Regardless, buy rate was never .00330

I think you're getting jacked b/c I've only heard .00275 for the 335 coupe effective through Oct 31st. I was hoping for a lower MF in November, but I don't think I can wait it out that long. So far I'm hearing different people post up different MF numbers that they were told by the CA. When it's time for me to go in, I'm going to call up BMWFS and get it straight from them so I know that I won't be bs'd by the dealership. You should call up BMWFS as well
