Few questions about something I noticed under the hood

In the first two pics it seems there is a little oil on the surface of that area, should I be concerned or is this normal?

In the third one, the sqare tube/hose at the top of the pic, it looks like it isn't being held in snug by the clip, it seems it's just kind of resting there, normal?

The first two look like someone spilled oil on your air filter cover. Clean it with some simple green and wait to see if it comes back. I doubt it will. The third pic of the snorkel is fine.

oil spill.
I suggest that you spray some water into your engine bay and blow it dry with a lawn blower.

Or don't. Unless you REALLY know what you're doing you should not spray down your motor with water. And attempting to use a leaf blower to dry it is a very, very bad idea. If you are lucky enough to not get water into places it shouldn't be with the hose you'll certainly end up forcing it where it shouldn't be with the blower.

I just don't remember seeing it there last time I opened up the hood
