Finally car sorted, but worrying oil on spark plugs

So after changing

HPFP
Low pressure fuel sensor
vano's
Solenoids

and 6 x new spark plugs and one Coil pack on cylinder 4.

Finally the car is back to healthy. No more rough idle, weak start up etc

My mechanic gave me back my old spark plugs , 4 of them looks to be good condition and 2 of them have lots of carbon build up and oil residue on the plug thread!

plugs are 30k tuned miles and lasted a 5000km europe trip. did i change some too early?

should i worry about anything? what do you guys think this is? leaky injectors?? or oil gasket is leaking oil onto it??

I think its most likely its a leaking oil gastket on the top of the engine sipping oil onto the plug?

cheers for any input

I would say injectors. Black sooty plugs signals mixture is too rich.

oil on threads is possibly the valve cover gasket.

Black plugs = running rich = possible leaky injectors

Take your plugs out one by one (yes, the new ones will already be black) to see which cylinders are running rich.
