My car 335 e92 2007 automatic
Jb4
Aa dp
Injen dci
Forge dv'
Akrapovic
Aa intercooler

90k km
We have here (israel) 98 octane fuel which is premium I believe it's like 95
at the state....

I don't want meth, or i just don't know what is the benefit / problems....

Last Dyno I pull out 365 bhp on map 5 but i have misfire at higher revs so i stopped it , the guy said to me it will need to pass over the 370 easy

My turbos start to rattle badly

I don't track my car
I want minimum problems looking for safe and strong but daily car

I know I need to order the Cobb for tuning although i don't know why? its another 900$ with the g5

But beside that what else i need to order?

I wanna know where I'm going and how much it will be

I'm looking for safe Hp without to deal with at' gear problem

thanks for the help
here is the dyno file

Yes you will get some more power with the RB turbos with standard 98RON fuel (equivalent to 93 octane US), but mostly after 5000RPM and not more than 15-20whp peak numbers, if you stick with a "safe" boost like 18.5psi midrange to 14 at redline. However the power band will be a lot better after 5000-5500RPM.

You will also get some more lag.

You do need Cobb or other ECU flash solution if you don't want to ruin your engine. JB4 does not control timing and the AFR is badly controlled so you need an ECU flash with RBs.

Before doing anything, fix your misfire (try replacing the spark plug, coil pack and injector on the affected cylinder), because with the RBs you will get a lot more misfires if the engine is not in good shape.

Power is better through out the power band 2500 and up on my car. I do have a lot more miss though.

I would also get some NGK 5992 plus, flash and honestly meth. Meth is very safe if you do it right...get stainless lines, trunk mount and your are good to go.
