Warranty w/mods

Couple quick questions, I'm due for what i assume is my last free service (45k miles now). Factory is almost up ... But I do have the bmw extended warranty. No extended service.

Does everyone take their J b4 completely out before a service? Or did you guys just go to map 0. What about DPs.

Second question ... Has everyone gotten at least one break job under warrantee? Dealer says they only do it when the car tells them to ... Car says another 12k before they are needed.

Take out JB4 before going in. All mods depends on the specific dealer, tech, SA, and manager.

Go in and talk to the SA before your appointment. Feel him out, see what they say about modded cars. Don't go in tuned if they say obsoletely not. However there are plenty of dealers that don't care. As for the brakes, talk to the service manager and explain to him you bought the car because of the excellent warranty.. He should "good will" you a brake job when the car needs it. I'm talking from my own personal experiences. If they are being douchebags try another dealer.
