HPF Back in Business?

Just went through my spam mail and saw a 4th of july sale from HPF and their website is back up and running.. Just curious if anyone knew this or know what happened that allowed them to re-open?

Well i went to the site and everything is fully functional im assuming something worked out to allow them to reopen.. Plus the add said back in action

Just to clear all speculations the HPF website is now being ran by vividracing.com and not HPF. They purchased the rights.

Being they purchased the rights, does that mean vivid racing is producing hpf parts?

the exhaust they selling are V2 or v1?

I really hope they continue producing the exhaust. If they own the rights to the design, it shouldn't be too much to keep it going, even if they can't use the logo.

If the pic shows a resonator or the description references one, it's V2.

Looks like all the HPF Exhausts are out of stock - I'm ready to make an order and can't find anywhere to buy! Sent them an e-mail but haven't heard back yet.
