Rattling sound when car starts, and when using AC

I hope its not the wastegates, although that might be reason to do the turbos for free.. what do you guys think. How strict are they with that recall..?

is it a humming noise coming from the front of the car?

sometimes gets worse when you turn the steering wheel?

Possibly, what does that indicate, alternator?

no idea. i have the problem i described. goes away when RPMs are above idle.

i think it might be pulley related (in my case).
