Just got new turbos...Exhaust Flap Rattle?

I just had my stock turbos replaced with Vargas' stock turbo replacement upgrade, and it took away almost all of my rattling issues. My stock turbos were rattling terribly on start up, acceleration, in between shifts, and deceleration. Now I have rattling in between shifts, on deceleration, only. The strange thing is that the rattling in between shifts and deceleration that is currently happening will not happen within the first 30 seconds of starting the car. And the current rattling sounds a little different than before; it has a deeper sound to it. 30 seconds after I start the car (when I hear the exhaust flap open) the rattling will start. So, does this sound like an exhaust flap issue or does it sound like I still have a wastegate rattle issue?

I can get a sound clip if needed.

Thanks

Unplug the exhaust flapper actuator in the truck, or plug the vac line. If it still rattles, that's not your problem. With new turbos, rattle could be caused by worn vacuum lines, downpipes touching something if you have them, or tuning.

I just tried unplugging the flapper actuator and it still rattles. About 30 Seconds after every startup I can hear something make a small rattle for just a split second up near the turbos. And that's where all of the rattling comes from actually. So, I guess I might need to have the vacuum lines checked/replaced, considering Vargas' stock turbo replacements aren't supposed have any WG rattling issues. Thanks for the input.
